I have a H1 valid up to September 2006. Since arriving in the US I have been working with the same employer and plan to continue for long time. I filed I-485 on May 1, 2004 (I-140 approved under EB 1OR category). When I filed AOS I also applied for AP and EAD. My AP and EAD expired few days back. MY QUESTION IS DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR EAD2 – ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I STILL HAVE MY VALID H1B? PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE NEVER USED THE EAD and do not plan to use it in the future.
