EAD and AP

Is anyone with Nov/Dec 2003 timeframe waiting for EAD and AP approval? I applied for my wife and the RD is Dec 11 2003, still nothing has happened on the website. Any clues as to what is going on. The website says they are now processing Feb 2004 cases for EAD and AP.
