EAD and AP

Please help me in detail.

1. i am waiting for my EAD and AP which RD 12/04/03 and ND 12/05/03 in VSC.
2. i completed 90 days.

i need interrim EAD A.S.A.P and also AP.

what are the things that i need to take to local center to get my EAD and AP immediately. I need AP cos i have family emergencies and i need to travel immediately.

Interim EAD but no interim AP (only Emergency AP)

As far as I know, there is only interim EAD no interim AP. However, you can get emergecy AP by providing some documentation. Never tried emergency AP, search the forum using 'emergency advance parole' to get further details.

When I got my interim EAD from San Jose, CA local office I carried
1) Passport (includes I-94 etc, serves as Id too)
2) I-140 approval notice (if not concurrent filing)
3) I-485 receipt notice
4) I-765 (EAD) receipt notice (provides 90 days proof)
5) Previous EAD card(s)

That's all I can think of, carry photo copies of all the above too except passport. Once you go to the local office you are asked to fill in I-765 (EAD) form again so it is better to carry one such filled form with you to make your life easy. Photos are not needed, they take your pic right there, but it is nice to carry. No need to pay any money either.
