EAD and AP Renewal

I had my 1st EAD/AP approved in Feb 2004. I had applied 485/140/EAD/AP back in Oct 2003.

When is the right time to apply for EAD/AP Renewal?

Yes, there is a formula:

Formula: 365/105 = 3.47 + 8 = 11.5, which means Mid November..

Jokes apart, I said Mid November as its 90 days before your AP/EAD expires.
