EAD AND AP renewal Question

Hi All,

I wanted to know If I can apply for EAD and AP renewal while I am out side of USA. My situation I have EAD and AP which will expire in Sep, 2008 and at this time I am out of country. Can I apply for EAD and AP renewal while I am out side of USA?

I will appreciate your suggestions.

you have to be inside the country to apply AP and cant leave while its getting approved. But EAD is ok. My suggestion either you apply now and get it approved for AP or come back before ur current one expires. EAD u can apply once u are back. my 2 cents
