EAD and AP renewal question

Hi,
I don't remember seeing this question previously and that is why I am posting this...

1. I see A# in EAD card is starting without letter "A" and "-" in between numbers. But I see with A and without "-" in the receipt notices of EAD, AP and I485. I am doing my EAD and renewal... Which format I need to use in the application form?

2. There is a column in AP application for Date of Intended departure. My current AP is expiring by Aug 18th,2004. Do I need to fill a later date in my AP renewal application form?

----- Write the A# that is on your I-485 receipt because the A# on EAD has extra 0 before actual A#

----- Write ANY date before your currant AP expires or later date, they don’t care and they don’t care about reason for AP you can write anything vacations, to meet parents
*** Don’t forget to send color copy of your driving license and first page of your passport. NSC or VSC send RFE if you don’t attach DL and PP first page color copy as secondary ID
