I need advise on where should I be mailing my EAD and AP renewal applications to.
Here's my case....I 140 and I 485 filed concurrently in Vermont Service Center in 2002. I 140 got approved the same year and in sept 2002 of that year I 485 got transferred to San Francisco local office as I moved to California. So last year when I did my first renewal I sent to SFO local office because my adjustment of status application has been pending there. Both of them got approved within a couple of weeks. My question is ...this time for my second renewal should I be sending it to the same local office because my I485 is still pending there. I dont see any address for the local office meaning earlier i think they had EAD/ AP unit and then the address of the local office and now i dont see anything like that at all.
The filing instructions for both I765 and I131 ask you to send it to the address where the adjustment of status has been filed (in my case its sitting in SFO local off). I called up the USCIS customer service and they confused me. I am completely lost. I appreciate all you guys help.
Me and wife both are working on EAD ..and it expires March 20 2006. Advance parole expires March02 2006. So, would I be getting the renewals before they expire if I apply for them now..?
Any response is greatly appreciated...
