EAD and AP Approved

I checked the website our (myself and my wife) EAD and AP is approved.

But when I see the online message for my wife EAD, it
says
"After approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

I can't understand, may is it because of new EAD CARD
Design.

Any idea how long it is taking these days after you see approval on website ?

That is normal mesg. Expect card in a week to two.
