EAD and AP approved at VSC

I filed online EAD beginning May and got approved last month end.
I filed online EAD for my wife beginning May and got approved this week.
The new dates started right after the first EAD going to be expired.


I filed manual AP end of May and got approved last week.
I filed manual AP for my wife end of May and got approved last week.

First time EAD

Hi,
I had applied for my EAD on the 04/10/06 and recieved a notic on 04/12/06 with a notice date of 04/11/06.

I have not recieved the card till date. I went for Interim EAD and they dint gave me saying it will come form VSC . I dont know how to get interim EAD from VSC.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

1st time EAD

I am still waiting for 1st EAD as well.

Is this after 90 days that one can ask for interim EAD? How and where?

Interim EAD

Hi
You can have Interim EAD only after 90 days. Goto "www.uscis.gov" and click "Infopass Appointment " under hot topics.

Then you can schedule your appointment at USCIS local office for the Interim EAD.
Take
1)Filled I-765 form(printout)
2)confirmation notice
3)Appointment printout
4)Notice of action
5)Passport original and copy
6)proof of your eligibility for EAD
7)I-94 and copy
8)Any other document supporting your case

I had applied for EAD. Went to the Newark office but they dint gave me the IEAD and asked me to wait for the EAD card to come from vermont.

You can give it a try All the best
