EAD and Advanced Parole

Hi,

We applied for 1140 and 1485 concurrent processing on June 26 of this year. We also applied for EAD and AP on the same date. The notice date for the application is 11th July.2003. However when I check the website it says that the application was recieved on 11th July. How long does it take to get Advanced Parole documents from the Vermont Service Center. We are travelling to India on 18th of September .

Any help is appreciated .

RFE for I140

Hi,

Recieved RFE on Aug 20,2003 for I140, receipt date 11 July,2003.
EB3 at VSC..

Will this affect EAD or AP processing ?

As far as I know, EAD /AP will be pending until they receive a RFE response. Actually you might be in luck, since RFE is about I-140(By the way what is the RFE they requested), it is very likely after receiving your response your I-140 will be approved as well as EAD/AP.
