EAD and Advace Parole

Hi to all,
I would like to ask you people a question. My EAD is going to expire in June'05 and Advance Parole in July'05. I've my H1 stamped on Passport till Feb'06. Is it necessary to renew it or not. Let say I'm not leaving US and not using EAD.

I'll really appreciate it for ur answers.

I would jut wait 90 days before my H1B expires and then apply. Are you done with your 6th year.

You can just apply for your spouse if they are looking for work thou.

Thanks MD_Rockville. Appreciate ur answer. One question is that I got my FP notice yesterday and the appointment is on April 1st for me and for my wife is on April 2nd. Can we go on the same date let say April Ist.
