What happens if one gets laid off after getting EAD and 6months have not elaspsed. Any inputs are highly appreciated.

When this thing happen, you have to count on your luck to hope no reference is issued by INS before 180 day.

What is your ND and PD?

Most case so far, VSC is not approving I485 in less than 180 days.
So pray that you don\'t get RFE. Get similar job asap and if RFE
issued for employment letter send new one.
