Hi,

Anybody got an EAD approval after an RFE in VSC? How many days it may take to get the approval of EAD after responding to RFE.

My ND date is 11/02/2004 and got RFE on 12/02/2004 and I responded to RFE
on 12/29/2004. Status changed that they got the response on 12/30/2004.

How many days it may take to get the EAD?

RFE on EAD in VSC

MY EAD ND:11/10/2004 I got RFE on Nov'26th.I responded and LUD changed on dec'16th.After that,my LUD changing twice in a week.But,i didn't get my EAD as of now.

ND for my EAD/AP 11/01/2004 got RFE on 11/24/2004 and 11/28/2004.
Responded RFEs and status got updated on 12/30/2004 for both. LUD changed on 01/05/2005 with same status of RFE rec'd.
 
Waiting for EAD for 8 months!

I applied for EAD/AP on April 04. Got an RFE in Nov, Replied on 12/01,

LUD changes on 12/04, 01/05 and 01/06, but no approval.

The RFE was for a color photocopy of passport.
