EAD after 90 days?

Does anybody know if there is any such rule that you can get an interim EAD if 90 days have past since you applied for EAD and your case has not been approved yet?. Any info will be of great help.

yeh you can get interm EAD after 90 days of your application.

Its 90 days from the RD mentioned in your EAD receipt.

Just go to nearest INS field office, show them your I-485 receipt, fill out new I-765 (EAD) application - and that's it.
They'll take your picture and print out iEAD within 15 minutes.

Small correction - I do think you need the receipt for earlier EAD application - to prove that its 90 days since you applied ... I tried getting one for my wife with the 485 receipt - didnt work out. ..

Please take your EAD Receipt.
