EAD afer I485 Conc. Filing.

Hello Everyone,

I just filed my I 140, I485 with EAD and AP today.
Its a substitute labour.


My lawyer told me VSC has stopped issuing EAD's in cases like mine. Is is true?

If not, then How much time bfore I can get my EAD card for me and my wife?

With zero tolerance policy given up, VSC might rethink. Generally, once I140 is approved, EAD should also be approved. By law they are supposed to peruse your 140 application for authentication or possibility of fraud or RFE . If they are satisfied then they should process the EAD/AP

Has there been a recent change in any policy?
