EAD - Advise please help

I filed for EAD renewal with NSC on 24th July. I am yet to get a receipt or Have my checks encashed.

In the meantime my application got transfered to the National Benefit Center and interview scheduled at local office on 24th Oct.

I am worried sick about this EAD renewal.

Is anyone else in the same boat. Should I efile another EAD renewal ?

My I-485 was approved in June 07. My wife's I-485 is still pending. I have mailed her EAD application 10 days back. Still no reciept and check not encashed. Her application is still with Nebrasks.

I got my I-140 LUD on 9/30 sunday. Don't know what is going on.

EAD Approved in Sept.07

My Other file EB2 PERM in process.Is it OK to use EAD for wife and AP for all family members when other EB2 remaining to get advantage of PD from EB3 to EB2 by interfile.

Yes the EAD is attached to the pending I-485 application. As long the latter exists - you should be okay.
