Hi Gurus,

If i work on EAD for the same company who filed 485/140, do i need to file AC21. If No means when really AC21 comes into picture. Please Advise.

No u dont need to file AC21. only if u switch employers . But before u switch ensure your 140 is approved and 485 is pending for more than 180 days.

No Time limit is specified, typically people file after they have at teast 2 pay stubs. So it can be 4 weeks to 2 months depending on indvidual's situation.
