I have applied for AOS,EAD and advance parole based on marriage to USC.2 days ago it has been 90 days since I sent app. for EAD and I still haven't received anything yet.I scheduled infopass in order to get temp EAD. My question is:are they going to give temp EAAD that day or it will come in mail? Also, what documents I should prepare besides the recepits from USCIS?

You can get your temp. EAD after 90 days even if you didn't have your FP done yet. I received mine couple of weeks ago. They will take your FP and issue you a temp. EAD same day. It took me about 3 hours before I walked out with temp. EAD card. You will need to take receipts for I-765 and I-485. It is better to carry everything that makes sense- Driver license, Passport, all receipts recieved...

Have you received your AP yet? I'm trying to figure out if there is a correlation in dates between receiving the AP and EAD. I applied for my wife's AP and EAD on October 12th thru the Chicago DO. Fingerprinting took place in end of October, still waiting for AP and EAD.
Yours FP are joint with the EAD not with the AP. Check the EAD timeline. Both are in a timeline of 60-90 days waiting period working days not weekends or holidays.
You are less than 30 days in waiting. Actually your FP got very fast as many of others are waiting for FP longer time. After your FP are taken normally (if nothing is wrong) your I-765 is approved and then is like 2-3 weeks to get the EAD, sometimes is more and nobody knows why.

Hi. My husband and I did the same as you last August 15th. It's been 98 days since our NOA and still no AP and no EAD.
It's frustrating. Please share your infopass experience when you go.
