EAD 90 day Clock????

Hi,
Does anyone know which one do we need to take into account for EAD 90 day period. Is it Receipt Date(RD) or Notice Date(ND).

Does the 90 day clock start from RD or ND?

everything starts with ND.. RD can save some money however ( i.e if they want 5000 $ for 485 from 1st May and your application is received on 30th April )
