EAD 2 Approved for DEC 03 I-140 Filer

Hi,
I just wanted to share with all of you that My Second EAD just got Approved. I was wondering whether or not there exists any kind of a Pattern, i can follow which can lead to I-140 Approvals.
The details of my case are:
I-140/485 RD 12/24/03(Waiting??? no LUD changes on I-140 at all )
FP 06/15/04
EAD2 RD 10/14/04 AD 12/15/04
AP2 10/14/04 (Waiting)

My Second EAD was approved on 12/09/04 and received RFE for I-140 on 12/14/04. LUD of EAD 12/15/04. Employer has not received RFE notice yet.

I-140/ I-485 RD 10-30-03, ND 11-03-03.

I-140 RFE - 12-14-04.

r u eb2/eb3? what is ur PD? for how long did the ead get approved?

I am EB3 and my LC was approved on October 2003.
I am from Pakistan so I am not worried about retrogression!

I am EB2 with RD of 10/9/03.

Second EAD approved 11/12/04, second AP approved 11/3/04. I-140 approved 12/10/04. Good luck
