Not sure what did look you look for on this eac..it says,
July 18 2002 approved ???

please stop creating a storm in a glass of water will all the "new information" regarding "new" approvals and such.
obviously, INS is barely moving approving at 1% of it's capacity and the situation is not going to change soon.
when you see September approvals starting to grow again on rupnet, then there is something to talk about. until then, let's forget about it.
