Just spoke to IIO she says case is assigned to officer. Please wait for the decision. My ND is Jan 5 2001 and I hope that it gets approved soon.

Was your i140 approved for CP...did you check with IIO about 140 ?

It seems they request 140 from NVC and there is a delay there.

I am in the same situation.

AVM Changed

It used to be "case not found" .It changed to "Your application ...." today ie Nov 07, 01. Same thing for my wife. But for my son still it is "not found".
