EAC 00-084-51XXX - With the officer for review

Just called IIO 13.24 HRS EST. Was told that the case is pending received on bla bla etc.

I asked her has the case been assigned to an officer. She told yes it is.

I asked her how many days will it take for officer to review she told officers have 30 days to review. Hope for the best

My ND is before you but my EAC is EAC 085 and urs EAC 083 . How it is possible ? Is it based on RD are what? What is ur RD? Could please tell me.

Thanks for posting this info. I would appreciate if you could let me know how you did your FP before the scheduled date. My FP is scheduled for 4/20/01. Can I call the local INS office and advance the scheduled date?
