We have a successful e-commerce company here in the UK, and now we want to expand it to the US market, which will create jobs for the local economy.
For that reason, I am thinking of applying for an E2 visa.
I have done many preparations like creating a business plan, LLC, US bank account, warehousing, and IT stuff etc all arranged in the USA.
With regards to the substantial amount which is required, being a director of the company, could I have a loan from my company of 100k to show funds?
