E2 extension denied

I entered the USA on an L1 and later converted it to an E2 , i applied for an extension and it got denied because my lawyer did not submit any supporting documents with the application. We filed for a motion to reopen and submitted all documents needed and it got denied again. I have two clients , and each of them have generated an income of over 200 000 and more anually during the two years when my visa was valid. ( I own an SEO firm )

I have a lot of work set up here and cannot leave just like that, is there a way to get an extension approval ?
On the other hand I have a family petition pending since 2002 , Since i was over 21 i fell out of the petition initially which was refiled in 02 when my parents became permenent residents. And im still waiting on an answer. I got a I130 approval and my mother refiled for me when she became a citizen in march 2007 . And I dont know how long that would take.
Also, I got married in 09 after i recieved an approval on my I130, would this have an effect on my priority date. (according to many forums the priority date should not have any effect due to my marriage since i got married after my mother became a citizen and filed for me)
Please help.

Wow that is a lot and I'm sorry to say I have no answer for you other then an address from a very good immigration lawyer we have used for many of our visa's and he has helped many others to obtain visa's. He is specialized in certain visa's and E2 is one of them....

I do know that some countries are harder to deal with if it comes to E2 visa's...but he can tell you if he can help or not. IMO you need professional help. I'm not related in anyway to the lawyer so don't think I'm getting anything out of it...

PM me if you need his phone #....

Good Luck and hopefully you get it solved.:)
