changed attorney and request to re-address as a wrongful denial
140 approved april 30 2004
485/EAD/AP applied - june 17 2004
EAD/AP approved aug 1
FP-1 done aug 11
LUDs on 485 - 06/24,27,29,07/1,09/22,09/24,11/18,12/17(approval)
Approval Date - 12/16 exactly 6 months from the date of application
Stamping - Dec 27th 2004.
Received plastic for self - Jan 25 2005
Received plastic for spouse - Jan 31 2005.

Reply from FBI namechek records division...long after my approval!

I sent the email reg the name check status for myself and my spouse - e-mail sent October 27, 2004.
Reply received from FBINNCP Email on Wed, 16 Feb 2005.
So they do exist and they do respond back !!

Yes they did. I think it got cleared sometime like last week of july.
