I don\'t remember the first e-mail that I used to contact the consulate. It started with "consular@mbox....." The rest I don\'t know anymore. The e-mail used to be available from their website, but it must have been removed. Anyway, my first e-mail was sent to the above address basically with the request for receipt confirmation of my OF-230 Part I. The reply came from an officer, who handled my case. All further correspondence and phone calls were directly with her. I will send you and Martina a private message with her name ,e-mail and a phone number.
