The USCIS says that adjustment applicants are eligible to efile forms I-765 and I-131 on the basis of an approved or pending I-485. Has anybody who are doing AOS now or did it in the past tried this option?

if I-485 is already approved, there is no need for either I-765 or I-131 (AP).

Just file everything together.

if its pending and u already have a NOA for the I-485, yes u can e-file and you don't have to pay any fee.
