I am E-filing for my parents visitor visa extension and I have couple of questions.
1) In the supplement form (for my mother), one of the question is "Date Started with group". Does anyone know what that means ?
2) Part 3. Processing Information. What option should I select for question 3:
Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child or parent an extension or change of status?

Yes, filed with this I-539
Yes, filed previously and pending with BCIS. BCIS receipt number:
I am confused whether it should be No or Yes,filed with this I-539.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
