E Filing of I-485 Application
This question is concerning two fields in the electronic application for Employment Authorization Document (EAD Form I-765). They are:
-- mode of last entry into the US
-- current status in the US.
What should be the correct response for above two questions for someone who has entered into the US using Advance Parole. The choices listed in there were not very clear. The closest one that I could think of was:
-- "parolee" for the first question
-- "paroled until" for the second one
The Immigration Officer at San Francsico Airport had marked my passport with the stamp stating: "Paroled Until: xxxx".
If someone has done e-filing for EAD before, he/she must be certainly knowing what to provide in these two fields. So, I thought it would be wise to get some advice before I fill in my response. What do the forum experts think?
Note: I am currently waiting for adjudication of my I-485 application (employment based).
