E-filing Issues "RTD ,Please HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP"

I tried to file an RTD on line today.After filling the form and put my credit card information,I got a confirmation reciet.Which showed all my information and asked me to click "Finish" to complete the submission.But before I clicked the finish button,my computer get corrupted and shut down.
When I log in again I couldn't find any form saved in my file so I don't know if it goes thropugh or not.
Please any one who used this e-filing system can help.
I called the customer service but as you know they are not great help,they just told me to wait if my credit card gets charged?
I don't know what to do next????Please help

Go through the whole process again. They will refund you later if you have paid extra.
