E-Filing I-539 - B2 Extension for our parents

We are seeking for your help in getting feedback on E-filing for B2 Extension for our parents.

According to UCIS site I-539 is available for E-filing:

1. Has anyone applied or attempted E-filing recently?

2. Are there any disadvantages to E-filing ? And advantages?

3. Anything else to be kept in mind before choosing E-filing?

4. Is one week a good time after E-filing, to send the supporting documents, or will they be considered late ?

1. Yes, I e-filed the extension for my mother's vistor visa and it was approved.

2. Not aware of any advantages or disadvantages either way.

3. Nope.

4. Why not collect all the docs and then e-file, so that you can send the supporting documents immediately?

E file asks for A# and if you don't enter one then error msg comes as " Warning your petition may be denied for not entering a#


Can you please let me know what need to be entered for a# for B2 Visitor visa ? Thanks

Per my understanding a # are given to the immigrants who are planning to apply for green card
