e-filing I-140 on 28th (sat) or 29th (Sun)

When you e-filed I-140, did you pay $195 fee online by credit card before you get the confirmation number? Or this fee will be paid by check along with your supporting documents?

I am planning to e-file on 28th (sat) or 29th (Sun) to get the maximum time for sending the supporting documents. But I do not know whether e-filing during weekends will be counted as the submission in the next bussiness day. In that case I have to pay the higher fee.

Any idea?
 
You pay right away by credit card.

For the fee in the e-filing, you will see. I would think that USCIS will be very careful this time with dates and everything.

The e-Filing System will be temporarily unavailable on Friday, July 27, 2007 from 3:00 PM EDT until 11:00 PM EDT for necessary maintenance.

So my guess is that They are going to change the system for NEW FEEs on 27 th itself .. just a guess though ! .. So file before 3 PM EDT on 27 th !!
