E-Filing: How to?

I am starting this thread to share information on E-filing for NIW/EB1.

I know we get an account but how we actually send our information? Do we have to upload PDF files? Any system related limit on the number documents?

If anyone has done this, please let me know.

For Form I-140
1)First fill in everything by hand in a sample paper application

2) then open an account on USCIS
3) fill online application seeing from the previous one so you wont miss anything
4)there is column4 called write your name on native script: do than on a plain paper where your name and DOB is written on top
5) certify and pay with credit card

6)take the print out first page which has receipt no on it and put it on top of your supporting documents and send it to the address listed on the receipt itself. BY POST

Good thing. You dont need to wait for the Receipt NO from USCIS:

6) I think they would like to recieve it within 7 businees days. The address will be on pdf created by the system (TSC as of August 17, 2007)

7) Before sending, I wrote reciept number on the top of all my docs.

SO when you efile
SO they mail a receipt notice as well or the one that we print is considrered a receipt notice??

they mail a offical receipt notice as well which will contain the same reciept number which was printed when you efile
