My EAD and AP expired on 01/06/2006. I have not filed for renewal since I am working for the same company that sponsored my GC and visa is valid till June 10, 2006. My PD is July, 2001 and RD is October 2004 and am in EB2. I-140 approved, and NSC. Also since EB2 visa dates moved to 01AUG01 I was hoping I will get I-485 soon and did not want to pay for extension of EAD/AP.
Off late I was thinking better file for EAD AP extension to be safe side. Can I file for extension via e-filing EVEN IF MY EAD/AP expired? If e-filing generally troublefree if guidelines are followed sufficiently?
