Hi guys,

Many of EB-1 members in this forum know about my initial petition denial at NSC. Took a deep breadth last week after I got the news from my attorney. BUT Life should go on :)

I filed a fresh petition and it went to TSC and having SRC#. Will it be going to make any difference? Nobody knows.

By next week we will send the supporting documents. I will keep posting the updates.

btw what about reference letters? r u using xerox copy? or what? :confused:

I am not sure how my attorney sent earlier. i will ask him. If not I will send them the original. actually I took 2 originals when I asked for the letter. Total I have 8 in originals.
