Hi, did anyone efiled for AP document(based on pending 485), if so please share information on filling the document and what supporting documents you have mailed.

Passport Copy, Drivers license copy, EAD filing receipt copy (PDF), two passport size photographs, EAD copy, Pending I485 receipt notice. I-94 copy and copy of previos AP (Used or Unused)
