I am about to file my I-485 based on marriage to a U.S. citizen, and send it to the Chicago Box along with the I-130 and other documents.
I am also about to file the I-765 for EAD. Does anyone know if it is better to E-file this application, or should I include it in the package with the I-485?
Normally it would be the Local Service Center, (California) that handles the I-765, but maybe it would be processed faster if I efile it.
Also, if I E-file the I-765, do I have to wait until I receive a receipt notice for my I-485, or can I go ahead and E-file at the same time?
