E file AP issue wtihout Middle initial

Today I tried to do efile I131 and could not submit. It says something I left blank. Now I docuble checked nothing I kept blank except Middle Initial which I had none. There is a warning that I should not keep MI as blank.

Gurus did anybody did efile 1131 without any MI? If this cannot be resolved I have to paper file.

I efiled AP last friday. It gave me the same warning. But I dont have a middle initial... I can't make up one. Anyway, I was still able to e-file it since it was just a warning not an error. I'm surprised it didnt allow you to efile.

Yes it was strange as no columns was blank. Still when I have hit "I agree" it says to fix errors but does not tell me what is wrong.

Only there was a warning about Middle Initial but I dont know why it will behave that way.

I double checked again last page come where there are two buttons

FIX error and Certify.

It says there are some suggested field left blank. When I hit FIX ERROR there is no suggestion which is blank. I believe I can hot CERTIFY.

DId the same happen to you?

certify or just go with paper application, it will save you a trip to do FP.

Please clarify

If I efile AP(131) I believe there is no finger printing required. Why you are saying there is finger printing required.

I understand if I file EAD online I have to go for finger printing.

I am sorry, I did not read your post well, I think it was EAD not I-131. For me I did EAD/AP paper based and have no idea if you need FP for electronic AP or not, waiting for other's reply on your second related thread.

Today I did the efile of AP although the suggestion for MI was still coming. At least I kept going and efiled. There is no mention of FP there and tomorrow I will send the supporting docs with 2 pictures. THanks for confirming.
