Hello,

I am Australian Citizen and looking forward to move to US as my elder brother is there. I am an accountant by profession and have Australian Post Graduate Degree.

I am a bit confuse between E 2 and E 3 visa as i have both option and would like to pick the best one.:)

I will appreciate if anyone can guide me in the right manner.

E 3 = Is it easy to get job offer letter and does the company pay you the same like others or they drive you mad during employment.

E 2 = Howmuch i need to invest to get my application approved and what if my business partner is in USA and we plan to start new business togather.

sanket777,
e3 - you will need to find an employer in the us who will hire you. he will need to apply to uscis to get approval that your job is listed as one of the qualifying occupations for australian citizens.
e2 - how much the investment should be depends on the type of business. if you download the instruction form for the e2 application you will be able to understand what is required to get an e2. it's alright to have a business partner who is an american citizen. but you must show that you do have ownership in the business and preferably majority ownership. you must invest or in the process of investing into the business. the money you invest must be at risk, ie, you cannot show them that you put all the money in a bank account and tell them it's for the business. there must be invoices, receipts, and the like, to prove that you have or are going to put your money into the business. examples will be inventories, leases, capital equipment, etc. the most important thing that they want to see is a business plan. if it is well written (whether it works or not is another story!), they will be glad to congratulate you with an e2 .... provided you have met their other requirements.
good luck.
