E-2 under nationality that wasn't used when I entered US

If now I'm in the US on B1/B2 visa issued in the country that DIDN'T sign the E2 treaty (Russia). In the same time I'm a dual citizen of the country (European Union) that has an E-2 treaty with the United States. Can I change my Russian B1/B2 visa into European E2 inside the US? Both my citizenship countries need to get a visa to go to the US.

I received the visa in Russia, it expires in 2 years.

Is there any opportunity for not waiting 2 years for the visa expiration?

You are trying to change status, not changing one visa into a different visa. Do you have the passport of the E2 nationality country with you.
When does the B1/b2 authorized stay expire? The expiry date of the visa is not relevant.

Thank you for your answer!

Yes, I have the passport of the E2 nationality country with me. The B1/b2 authorized stay expires in 6 months: July, 15 2020.
