To all,
My wife has an E-2 Visa. Recently HR 2277/2278 changed to fact that she was not allowed to work. She has been volunteering for some months and is now offered a position. Since INS has not yet adapted the new ruling into a form and the employer would like her to start as soon as possible, my question is: is there any way to get a work permit based on this new ruling before INS releases a new form.
All ideas are welcome.
