E-2 Req for evidance HELP

I have filed I-129 form to change my status and now i have been requested to provide I-94, i m a canadian citizen when i was crossing border i did not get any form and i was not aeare that i will need I-94 nore my immigration lawyer was aware of this....Please tell me what do i have to do.....my e-mail is max19882009@live.com

Send a copy of the bio page of your Canadian passport and a letter stating the fact that you were not given an I-94.
