My wife and me recieved employer based green card. I recieved physical green card a year ago, but my wife just got E14 visa 2 months ago. (we had few missing documents and i had to come to the US that time for buisness needs). A months ago i lost that employer and my wife plans to join me(first time coming to the US) in the US next months (the visa is still valid).
Could it be a problem?
