Hello,
I am the wife/ the main winner with DV22. My husband works in the army(military).
Do I have to attach a specific document when submitting documents to KCC, or are we satisfied with not being convicted?

Thank you so much susie and brit
i see these ,
but i couldn’t understand what is meening by military records, cus he still working , and as you know we cant take any step before we make the interview, thats why its a little bit confusing, we don’t know what is the specific doc needed!

Did you follow the other link on that page to the reciprocity pages for your country? The link is even again in the section in military records. It lists what specific document is needed.

When you open the link, scroll down and click on/expand the "Military Records" section. You should see the Reciprocity by Country link, click on that which should open up the US Visa Reciprocity and Civil Documents by Country page. Find your country from that page, scroll down to the Military Records section and follow the instructions there.

That reciprocity page is applicable to ALL categories. The information you need is there! We wouldn't have referred you to that page if it wasn't applicable to DV selectees.

Did you scroll down to the section that says “military records”? While you are at it (as you obviously have not done this yet) please read the sections for other civil documents to ensure you are submitting the correct ones,

edit: I see mom already specifically told you how to find it, I know it’s there because I just checked myself.
