DV2024 Update

Hello Sir, I'm a DV2024 selectee and I just read a statement on the DV2024 update and there is something I don't understand well. It is : ''The Department recently completed a review of the document review process, in consultation with overseas posts, which show that by eliminating this step, KCC can increase the number of DV appointments scheduled during the earlier months of the program year. ''.
I'm asking this question because it was said earlier that DV2024 selectees doesn't have to submit any supporting document.

All you need to know is the fact that document submission is no longer required, that’s all that matters. That is all what you quoted is trying to say.
