DV2013 Photo Requirements

Hi everyone. I have a few questions about the requirements for submiting photos to the DV program

Q1) Can I have a photo of myself taken from my mobile phone to submit to the DV program?? Do they accept mobile phone pictures???

Q2) How do I get my photo to the size 600x600pixels

Thank you in advance for any suggestions
 
You can get a photo editing tool. Google passport photo freeware to find something to use and then you can edit the photo you took and save it as a file to submit.

plz gurus of visa lottery, i need your help all
am new to this site and my question are;
can someone post the color background that meet the DV lottery standard,
can some also post screen shot of how to edit dv lottery passport
let my rest from here first.

The colour background should be plain white or off white
 
You can use a white sheet behind you for the background color, Make sure you have even lights , especially no overhead only as they like to reject if there are shadows. If you have room lights remove the shades and place one on each side to compensate for overhead. The person should be directly facing and should not be smiling. The end photo should have the shoulders just in the picture http://travel.state.gov/passport/pptphotoreq/pptphotoreq_5333.html , That is the governement own site to make a good photo

CAN SOMEONE CLARIFY THIS FOR ME?

The entry form is prepared in two parts, one for the primary Entrant and one for derivatives (if any). Each part must be completed correctly and completely before going to the next part. After all parts are completed, the entry will be submitted to the DV-2013 Processing Center. Click the link below to begin the entry process.

I SAW IT ON THEIR WEB SITE AND I NEED TO NO MORE BEFORE I FILL THE FORM.

@newtonn the background looks too dark, its specificaally asks for white, cream or light coloured background
