I have just sent the forms to the KCC and did exactly how they said except I did not write my case number on the upper hand corner of each document. I included a separate sheet of paper with my case number and bar code though. Did I make a mistake by not writing the case number on the upper hand corner of each document? If I did, what can i still do now? Thanks.
 
That's ok, dont worry, I did not write mine, as long as you sent the barcode paper and the case number , you are fine.
