DV2006 winner worked 4 years illigally

Hello,
I need some help please. I am on F1 and last week I have received the first letter from DV2006 lottery (13 XXX) but I have worked 4 years illigaly in USA. Do I have to go back to my origin country fro CP or should I try here for AOS. Do you have any idead what should I do about my illigal employment in case been asked on the interview aboit it?

The best thing to do, go back to your country of origin and apply.On the form where they asked if u have been to the U.S before, say yes but do not indicate that u lived here illegally for a long time unless they insist that u tell them.If you try to apply as a Dv winner here in the states while living here illegally, u could be deported to your home country and be banned from entering the U.S for 3-10yrs.
I have seen it happen before.

If you are on F1 then most likely your illegal work may be at a gas stattion for cash. lot of students do that. If you claim that in your tax returns, then you will be in trouble if you do AOS. otherwise I don't think that matters. I can not give you a legal advice because I am not a lawyer. So, it would be better to consult a lawyer for safe side. If you explain your illegal work clearly, some can suggest you better.
