DV2006 winner overstayed tourist visa

Hello,

I have won a DV2006 but I have overstayed my 10 year B2 visa and now since for people out of status is not possible to do AOS I need to go back to my origin country. Is there any way I can try and enter US again claiming that I have left on time but have no proof of it. My 10 year B2 has not expired yet.

Why did you even participate in DV lottery? You just wasted an entry and took away the chance from somebody.
Your only way to get green card is to marry US citizen. Period and good luck.
 
If it's overstay, then penalty is 3-10years ban to the entry to the US.
So, you still have chance to get GC someday in the future.
If you go out and come back to the US, pretending you have never
overstayed, but US immigration find it, then you'll face permanent ban
to enter the US. Choice is yours.
